Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme, we have carefully chosen a group of business advisers, all of whom have hands-on experience in delivering high growth. They also have domain or sector knowledge coupled with an area of professional expertise. The high growth coaches can be utilised in a general advisory capacity or to deliver specific work packages, such as Fair Work, Equality and Diversity and Carbon Reduction.

With personalised one-on-one guidance and a range of interactive workshops, our dedicated Relationship Managers are here to support you. The programme is designed to nurture and accelerate the growth of startups and SMEs in Wales with high aspirations and strong growth potential.
Eligibility
- Must be based in Wales and have fewer than 250 employees
You must also be able to demonstrate you have the potential to:

Aim for 20% annual growth (employment or turnover for at least 2 years).

Aim for three years of trading to exceed £3m (> £1m per year)

Create 10 new full-time jobs by the end of 3rd year of support

Start or grow your ability to unlock opportunities in international markets that are ripe for growth

Start-up businesses that are pre-revenue can be supported, but they must start trading within 12 months and aim to achieve growth at the levels outlined above.

Recruitment into the Programme will be considered initially via an expression of interest, which will cover eligibility criteria. Once this is confirmed, the next step will be an in-depth diagnostic covering the business idea and growth potential and an outline of the support required to develop the business.
