Karen Stanley
My name is Karen Stanley. I am a former teacher, having taught literacy for 20 years, a 14 times published author, writing mentor and founder of Mabel and Stanley Publishing. When I started writing in 2011, I struggled to find any writing and publishing advice that was reliable or accurate and my own journey was bumpy to say the least. I made it my mission to learn and use my own difficult experiences to motivate and inspire new and budding writers, whatever their genre, and help them to achieve their writing dreams; in short I want to be the person I needed when I started out!
