Ali Tait
I am an expert in business strategy, coaching, and entrepreneurial growth, with 34 years of corporate and business success. With 30 years in the events industry, I founded a corporate event agency in 2006, which was profitable in its first year, working with clients such as Boden, Coutts, Brewin Dolphin, Lloyds, and Prudential. Since then, I have delivered event management services and provided consultancy and strategic support across the sector. During lockdown, I co-founded Hever Castle Open Water Swimming and launched multiple businesses, including Ali Tait Coaching and the acquisition of the MIB (Mums in Business) network. Drawing on my vast experience across sectors, I have worked with a diverse range of businesses and personalities, helping entrepreneurs fulfil their potential and build the life they want. I support businesses at every stage, from start-ups to multi 7-figure enterprises, specialising in growth strategies, success planning, and exit strategies. I am a qualified coach through ICF-accredited courses with The Coaching Academy, a certified business mentor through Oxford Brookes University, a DISC-accredited practitioner, and was proud to be a founding alumni mentor with the Peter Jones Foundation.
