Marie Njie, the founder and owner of Recruitment Best Practice, embarked on her recruitment and talent journey in the fast-paced world of senior front office executive search within the investment banking sector, accumulating over a decade of invaluable experience. Over the past 10+ years, She has built a solid reputation for creating and implementing successful in-house talent acquisition and recruitment services across diverse private and public organisations. Some notable names she has worked with include M&G Investments, Rio Tinto, The World Gold Council, the NHS, and the British Council, where she served as the Global Head of Resourcing. She has vast experience in building and managing high-performing teams in highly complex organisations, as well as training and coaching hiring managers at all levels of seniority on talent acquisition and interviewing best practices. In January 2023, Marie combined her experience as a headhunter and her corporate in-house recruitment leadership experience to create Recruitment Best Practice, a specialised recruitment consulting and training firm that works with companies in all industry sectors to help them recruit more effectively in every way. The firm provides tailored Talent Acquisition Advisory services, Hiring Manager Recruiting and Interview Training, and in-house Recruiter Training. This year, the company launched their acclaimed A.D.V.A.N.C.E Executive Career Mastery TM, a programme exclusively designed to provide Executive Career re-positioning and Interview Coaching as well as Corporate: Executive Matching services to senior executives who are looking to achieve the next steps in their careers.
