Paula practices as a Certified Life Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Kent. Early burnout in her 20s led to an exploration of alternative health in times when complementary therapies were considered extremely woo-woo! Amazed at how the more esoteric approaches helped her return to good health and keen to know more, she trained as a holistic well-being practitioner and has been helping others with stress management for 23 years. It was also her own experience using coaching and hypnotherapy, which inspired her to train in these modalities to further help others. She focuses on helping people in midlife to transform the often-tricky junctions that can occur into a time of enormous potential and positive change, helping them to find their happy, whatever that means to them. She is also passionate about delivering stress management talks and workshops to organisations and retreats, which include an immersive experience of breathwork, guided meditation and group hypnotherapy delivered on silent disco headsets. She believes that it’s never too late to create a life that makes you happy, no matter what age you are!
